Owner, my advice to you is to just focus on getting to know the people in the group and have a friendly conversation as opposed to making disparaging comments about how other escape rooms are run and how your customers make things hard. This is definitely not a healthy customer experience attitude. I felt like he was fair to our group, but he did make some condescending comments about "the 15% of customers that ruin it for everyone else". However, I can see how the owner rubs people the wrong way. In this respect, I enjoyed our game play and would book again. They are creating original stories, had an innovative clue request system, and put thought into the theory behind the game.
